Download and print this add-on pattern at home on standard A4 (21mm x 297mm) or Letter (8.5 x 11.0 in) paper

You will also need to purchase the MakeTeddy sewing pattern as this is ONLY for the Bunny Ears and can be used to change your teddy bear into a bunny rabbit:
